How to Walk
Walk as briskly as you can
Walk until you get tired but not too long after that
Be consistent
Have a regular time for walking, preferably early morning
Be as close to
nature
as possible
Invest in comfortable footwear
Try to concentrate on your
breath
and cultivate mindfulness while walking.
Don't expect instant results. Enjoy the walk and avoid focusing on targets such as burning of calories
