How to Walk

  • Walk as briskly as you can
  • Walk until you get tired but not too long after that
  • Be consistent
  • Have a regular time for walking, preferably early morning
  • Be as close to nature as possible
  • Invest in comfortable footwear
  • Try to concentrate on your breath and cultivate mindfulness while walking.
  • Don't expect instant results. Enjoy the walk and avoid focusing on targets such as burning of calories
