Carrot Bell Pepper Soup

Carrot – 250 gms

Red bell pepper -1

Onion – 1

Water

1 clove garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

Wash and cut all the above ingredients. Add water and put it on a slow flame. Grind it to a pulp. Add salt and pepper. Serve hot.
