Continue to attend to your regular activities and continue to do your best in the job that you have taken in hand, offering it all at the Lotus Feet of the Lord. The day is not far when you get inner satisfaction from your work.

Question 162. PRANAM Dada Ji, "OM TRAYAMBAKAM YAZAMAHE SUGANDHIM PUSHTI BARDHANAM URVARAKIMAVA BANDHANAN MRITYORMUKSHIYO MAMRITAAT". I am chanting this Maha Mrityunjay Mantra from last 2 years and I am feeling very well in it.I really love this mantra. But recently I found an article in internet that "Non vegetarian should not chant maha mrityunjay mantra,it will give you adverse results (like ACCIDENTS/DEATH), which wouldn`t be reversible. "I am a non vegetarian but strictly a true beleiver of GOD.I dont believe that God`s name can harm to any one.Although I would feel better to ask you that If Non vegetarian chant Maha mrityunjay mantra, will it be harmful for them? With Respect, Sambaran  - Sambaran Sarkar On 28 March 2011

We who consider ourselves as vegetarian are also non-vegetarians. Every breath that we take we are killing some bacteria. Therefore try to be as compassionate as you possibly can. “Daya Dharma Kaa Mool Hai”. The essence of spiritual life is compassion. And continue to recite what mantra gives you inner joy and satisfaction. In due course the mantra may inspire you to become a so-called “Vegetarian”.

Question 163. I am very much depressed!!!!Please Help Me!!!!!  - Raman On 17 March 2011

Take up a sheet of paper and pen and write down all the things for which you should feel grateful. Thus, for instance, write on the paper - Thank you God, for the two eyes that you have given me. There are so many who are blind and cannot see. Thank you God, for the two feet that you have given. I can easily walk from one place to another. There are so many who have broken legs and are unable to walk. Thank you God, for my family members who gave me so much love. There are many who have no one on whom they can rely. And so on. You will find that there are hundreds of things for which you should feel grateful. When you have done this exercise you will find your heart has expanded and there is no feeling of depression.

Question 164. how to make my life secure in wordly manner.  - Meena Gupta On 17 March 2011

The simplest and the easiest way is to hand yourself over in child like trust to a Power greater than yourself which, for want of a better word, we call God. God is our father: God is our mother. Tumhi ho maataa cha pita tumhi ho. And he is with you all the twenty-four hours of the day and night. Say to Him: You are my Mother, You are my Father. You have to take care of me. Shape me. Make me. Mould me as you will. But, pray, do not leave hold of me.

Question 165. When will my financial and family matters improve?  - Dr. Mudumbai Acharya Virinchi On 16 March 2011

Your financial condition depends largely on the karma that you have brought with yourself. Continue to do your best and at the same time keep on praying to God to have mercy on you and improve your financial condition and family matters.
