Question 26. Namaste! I am researching the pineal gland and its spiritual inclinations. Such a spiritual sand is "secreted" from it, and I am developing a theory about it. What would happen if a being did not possess the pineal gland? Would transcending/meditation/enlightenment be unattainable? any information would be greatly appreciated.  - Adelaide Stverak

I have not known a person who does not have a pineal gland. Not to have a pineal gland is not to be conscious of anything. Such a creature can not be called a human being.

Question 27. What is the method of man knowing himself?  - Mrinal Kumar

The method of knowing oneself is forgetting oneself. When the ego goes, the Self glows.

Question 28. I would like to donate my organs after my demise. Some people say this is not good as it is a gift of God. Please let me know your views on this.  - Neeraj

Everything is a gift of God. Whatever we give or share with others is God-given. And everything that we have is given us by God so that we can share what we can with others who are less fortunate than we are.

Question 29. Are you familiar with autism? I am very spiritual since birth, or that’s what I think of myself. I have 9 yr old very handsome, radiant son who has angels face and personality. He has brought my spirit very close to the only ONE- god.i still dont understand why he has to suffer with this disability. He struggles with comprehension and communication of daily living. Please enlighten me.  - Amy Dhaliwal

I know very little of autism. But I do know that everything that happens to us happens in accordance with the law of karma. I also know that the law of karma is not punitive: it does not punish us. The law of karma is reformative. It places us in an environment where we may have opportunities of progress and soul-growth. There are children born with autism: perhaps, at that point of time, autism is necessary for the progress of the soul.

Question 30. Many of the gurus nowadays are quite commercial and self promotional in their approach, unlike you. This is quite disheartening, to say the least. As a result, some people spurn spiritual practices as  - Anand Pandey

The rule of the person who wishes to move on Spiritual Path is: you do what

you are required to do-- let others do what they will. The spiritual aspirant must bear witness to the highest that has been shown to him. Let the so-called gurus do what they will.
