First get rid of the mental tension. Since I do not know the cause of the tension, I am unable to help you. But nothing in life should get you to suffer mentally because it can drain all your energy. Please seek some good counsel of family to get you out of this. Rest, sleep & relaxation will help you gain weight as will peace of mind. Please follow my basic food guideline & in addition eat some dried fruits, ghee & brown rice at appropriate times. Trust in the Universe to relax some of your tension. Actually now i have come out of my depression upto a greater extent but my weight is not increasing. Is there any medicine for it?? - Rakesh Kumar On 29 April 2011 No medicine for weight gain. Some good Ayurvedic preparations can help depending on your body type. Rest & sleep can help a lot. Exercise is important too, even if just a 30 minute brisk walk. Together with following suggestions outlined in my basic guideline, consume dried fruits & nuts & seeds in whatever form you like. Ghee is important too. Worry can make you lose weight. So have a care free attitude whilst still doing your duties of life. Check for worms & thyroid issues if you are unable to gain weight inspite of all the above suggestions. Other than that, enjoy being slim since you will inevitably gain weight as you grow older. |
