Might be related to a sense of feeling isolated, separated - perhaps from your father. Feeling helpless. Perhaps she feels she would like to move on - you can talk to her about this, and see if you can find a motivation for her to stay - otherwise, you can let her know that it's okay, and normal, and send her on her way with love. Either way, just let her know she is loved.

It's about your heart chakra, which is associated with the thymus gland that controls your immune system. Therefore, it is about your perceptions of love. You need to let in the love, allowing yourself to feel loved, and be in relationships that are nourishing for you in terms of love. For the infection in your upper spine I would wonder which chakra is closest to the infection. Is it the heart chakra, or throat chakra? If you are right handed, your right leg is your Will leg, or your Male leg, and could represent something about trusting your Will (Having made a decision to do something but not having acted on it because of insecurity), or trust in a man (which would make sense if the infection is close to the heart chakra). If you are in a relationship. see if there is something that needs to be cleared there, and look at what was happening there when the infection began. Look at anything dealing with someone close to your heart - partner, parent, sibling, offspring...
