Collective Consciousness - Inspire yourself
by Life Positive
The drive to do something different and stretch my limits beyond the comfort zone inspires me to be more and more creative. The pleasure of creating something by putting your heart and soul into it is immeasurable. The immense satisfaction which is far beyond words and the feeling of oneness with the Creator after doing something creative acts as a driving force to get up and at it. This feeling also takes me to the higher level of consciousness, where the end result does not matter, but the very journey becomes blissful.

Inspiration for me comes from all things natural. Nature’s beauty and intricacy is incomparable and undeniable. Anything from a simple leaf to the ocean’s roar to a wag from a dog’s tail gets me in the creative mood.

I get my source of inspiration from all those achievers who tirelessly work even in their advanced age and keep the spirit of life alive. Amitabh Bachchan being my favourite, he connects with his fan on screen as well as through his words (blogs) where he accommodates his extended family! He thoroughly enjoys and lives his life to the fullest, still working hard to fulfil his dreams. I also admire all those living legends, who still work with full enthusiasm! Dev Anand, Zorah Sehgal, M.F.Hussain, APJ Abdul Kalam, and Ashaji, among others!

I try to be an inspiration for myself...so for me, my vision of who I want to be tomorrow, inspires me to do well today. And when I look back at where I was compared to where I am today, I again feel inspired to keep moving. There are a lot of external sources which are inspiring, but I believe inspiration is largely what happens within. Often, instead of saying “I want to be that”, it perhaps should be “I want to be me, with a little bit of that!”
