The course was put together by Bangalore-based management gurus of international repute, Vijay Mahajan and GK Jayaram, at Gandhi Smriti near Rajghat.

True to Gandhian philosophy, the 50 participants, including newly appointed national office-bearers and functionaries from various states across the country that attended the course, were put up in modest rooms, which are part of the Gandhi Memorial, devoid of the luxuries that they were accustomed to. Nobody seemed to mind sharing rooms or roughing it out. Let's hope the course will make them more sensitive to the needs of the country.
