Robin Sharma, 40 years old and single father of two, gave this interview to life positive from Toronto
Can you give a case history, interesting, poignant and inspiring, where you as coach catalysed success and fulfillment: for an individual, CEO or a corporate?
One recent story may be interesting for your readers. Kim Beauregard was 320 pounds and very unhappy with her life. For $20, she bought a copy of The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari and read it over and over, each night before she slept. The ideas infused her consciousness and she began to change the way she saw the world. And as our thinking changes, our behaviour is changed correspondingly. She began to exercise vigorously and became far more disciplined as well as passionate about the possibilities of her life. Today, she has gone from 50% body fat down to single digits. She is healthier than she has ever been. And she is meeting great professional success. She was hailed as Ottawa's Strongest Woman. I have always believed that one book can change a life and each day we should make some time to read.
