Teaching Story - Utopia In The Wake Of Ethnic Clashes Devouring Our Society
by Life Positive
I knock at the door of your heart
Decorate mine with festoons of warmth;
Decorate mine with festoons of warmth;
May your garden flowers adorn
The braids of women in my home.
May your children quench their thirst
In my backyard well,with mirth.
May my hands wipe the tears Of sorrow welling from your
eyes;
May your tears douse the flame
Of misery burning within mine.
May our children never know
The vicious 'line of control'
Between the faiths, we follow
Let them flourish and grow
Into wonderful, loving souls
Reverberating the echo Of our Utopian homes...
A concerned and hopeful parent
