When we pursue happiness, it eludes you. However, when you recognise that happiness is the natural state of the soul, all you need is to eliminate all that comes between your happiness and you.
Beneath the leafy, luminous green, swinging from nowhere, to nowhere,
tasting timelessness with closed eyes. Hot, cool shadow, light
playing the eternal play, on a child's swing.

hear your footsteps treading into my tomorrows. Intuition stretches its
arms to touch your ethereal robes ...in vain
My
soul remains inert to every new face. Forever waiting, to experience
the rapture of recognition, the quelling of this mysterious ache,
of lives gone by, or yet to be.
The
enlightened onlookers would smile at this mad search of one flickering
flame for another, in a melting ball of fire.
Or,
are you like Macbeth's dagger— A false creation proceeding form
the heat-opressed brain, murdering my today with mirages of golden tomorrows?
Only, why does my full stop become a comma every time
I think of you?
