We owe it to our magnificent potential and to Mother Earth to free ourselves of the deadweight of conformism and to follow our inner light, says Sanjiv Ranjan
The art of saying no gracefullyMake a list of all those people in your life who have power over you and to whom you find it difficult to say no, even if it is something that makes you go against your wishes. In front of each name that you have written write down – I set both of us free from any need for submission or domination.
Then close your eyes and imagine a situation where you would have classically submitted even against your own wishes, and imagine yourself gracefully declining from compliance against your wishes.
(Visualisation creates neural networks which lay down the foundation for new behaviour, because the subconscious mind does not know the difference between imagination and reality)
You can repeat this exercise daily till you feel free.
