I have undergone timeline therapy with Mrs. Sharma, she is a very patient, considerate professional who is at the same time very knowledgeable in her field. Through the therapy she was able to positively reshape my thoughts and bring out my innate fears of which I myself was not consciously aware. This has helped me deal with those fears on a day to day basis, and my quality of Life has improved considerably. I would recommend her for anyone facing de­motivation, general day to day Stress or anxiety. This therapy has proved helpful for me and hope it is helpful for many of her other patients too. I cosulted her regarding problems being faced by me regarding interpersonal relations at office. It helped me in improving my efficiency and remain calm and cool.After my satisfaction, I reffered some of my patients with cardiac diseases who had anxiety and apprehansions regarding their illness. Her nonpharmacological methodology did a remarkable job for them.
