I was suffering from backache since March 11 and was having unbearable pain from right hip to my right foot and was having numbness in my toes. Even intra-muscular painkiller injections were of no help. I had sleepless nights and and utter discomfort 24 hours of the day.

I consulted an orthopaedic doctor who advised me to go for an MRI test after the 15 days treatment with medication did not give me any relief.

From the MRI report the doctor detected that a nerve was compressed between the discs and advised to use a lumber supporting belt and undergo traction till the time I got relief from pain. I was also advised complete bed rest for 10 days.

Today after 7 sittings, I am almost completely relieved from my pain, I feel negligible discomfort, the numbness in my toes has gone completely. I gave up traction after my second visit and I do not need the support of the belt all the time. More over, I am able to stand erect and walk normally.
