I came, not with any expectations, with in a spirit to explore well being and wellness, which I had learnt, reflexology could give. Among the spectacular results have been: 1. A 35 year old edema in the right ankle and leg responded very well. After three decades and more I could see my ankle bone! 2. The left ankle too had a swelling and discoloration. In 76, today’s sophisticated butterfly valves for putting the drip were not available. The vein used to be physically cut and a drip inserted. The post treatment skin discoloration and swelling remained. That has almost disappeared. 3. The soles of the feet would get numb during the night causing great discomfort. I would have to get up and massage them in the course of the night. That is now not required. I must state that the overall physical quality of life has improved significantly, almost 15-20% after 35 years! An amazing achievement!
