| Dear friends!
One should think that ”Whom am I? Where do I come from? What for? And what we were born to do"? Mankind ignorant of their True Divine nature and struggle for material wealth and power, little realizing that within the human body lies "power" that is far greater than that he or she can imagine, in every one this internal"power" was identified by our "Ancient practitioners" as “Kundalini".
Kundalini is the Source of Origin, so our main aim is that to achieve the Source of Origin, i. e. Kundalni Shakthi. The mysterious power in human body, if awakened this Cosmic power will light up the top of the brain Sahasrara / Pineal Gland through a narrow passage in the Sushumna / spinal cord radiating a brilliant glow within which give good health, happiness, peace of mind, intellectual vigor, intuitive knowledge and bliss.

MULADHIPATI
Muladhipati, this is the Adhara Chakra (support) as the other Chakras are above this
“KUNDALINI” (The mysterious power in the human body), which gives power
and energy to all Chakras (power centers). Hence this, which is the
support of all Chakras called Muladhara Chakra. Here “KUNDALINI” lies
dormant, “Lord GANAPATI (MULADHIPATI) is the Devata of this Chakra.
5 ELEMENTS
The human body made by Pancha bhutas (five elements) i.e. EARTH, WATER, FIRE,
AIR, and ETHER. Control over the five elements may be gained by practicing
Meditation on their respective seats in the human body.
The seat of “EARTH” extends from the foot to the knee: Muladhara Chakra, “LAM”
is the Bijakshara (main Sanskrit letter) of the earth. The seat of the “WATER”
extends from the knee to thigh: Swadhishthana Chakra, “VAM” is the Bijakshara
of the water. The seat of “FIRE” from thigh to stomach: Manipura Chakra,“RAM”
is the Bijakshara of the fire. The seat of “AIR” from the stomach to the region
between the eyebrows: Anahatha Chakra, “YAM” is the bijakshara of the air. And
the seat of “ETHER” from the eyebrows to top of the head (Brahmarandra).
Vishudha Chakra, “HAM” is the Bijakshara of the ether. All things in the
universe made with these Five Elements.
AURA
 The
Eye of the nape is the center of cerebellum of the Brain (back of the head). When the
Semen alias Kundalini (Embryo of the forehead) passes through the
backbone it has to pass this eye of the nape by rubbing against it. This
friction will cause heat to be generated at that spot. This heat is
called Lunar circle (Aura)
TAMASIK
 TAMAS”, negativity is born
out of “TAMAS”, which being heavy and dark, the lethargy and inertia of
“TAMAS” likened unto a state of sleep and self-absorption. It is
associated with attachment, fixations to the ignorant, selfishness of
the ego, in its more rigidity hardened or solid state.
RAJASIK
Rajasik ego is
excitable and emotional, tending to become nervously, hyperactive and
carelessly dissipative. And relatively undependable, because they tend
to change too much, being some times good and some times bad
SATTVIK
 “SATTVIK” ego is,
as compared to “TAMASIK, and RAJASIK” egos, the most evolved and
refined of the three. The vibrational quality of “SATTVIK” person tends
to be quiet, serene, calm, balanced and tranquil, has a more refined
sensitivity to and awareness of the harmony of Universal life and
nature.
