Bach Flowers -The essence
www.drveda.in
Each soul has a divine purpose in life.It uses the body and mind as instruments to do so.So when the three are working in harmony there is perfect health and happiness.Healthy mind by nature is happy, spontaneous, blisful, courageous, resourceful, positive thinking. Thus a fuller &greater enjoyment of all things in life is possible. Howerver the human thought process & changing life style leads to conflict between self &higher self. There is rising stress everywhere. At the work place meeting dead lines, satisfying egoes, envy, failures, excess ambition, working against wishesetc.Excessive anxiety for near ones ,like will the children return safely from school, his development,or parents illhealth, emergency situation, separation etc.Accepting changes in life ,like for a child going to a new school, puberty, marriage ,pregnancy, job change, retirement can all cause stress. There are many episodes in life where conflict with soul occurs.Accumulation of negative emotions like fear, hatred, jealousy, attachment, apathy, anxiety cloud the mind causing wide range of diseases like insomnia, indigestion, obesity, hypertension, diabetes, cancer, psychosomatic disorders etc.Origin of disease occurs in the mind .Body is reflection of the mind.Any quality of the mind cannot be judged right or wrong without considering the evolutionary status of the individual. The subtle mind has a huge potential.Healing started here will cause changes at the physical plane.
Take no notice of the disease ,think only of the outlook of life of one in distress.-Edward Bach. Bach flower act on this.Like Agrimony -conceals his mental torture. For known fear Mimulus, unknown one Aspen.Chicory-selfish ,possesive, undue expectation.Clematis-inattentive ,preoccupied person. Holly-hatred,jealousy,envy,distrust.Bach flowers sets the balance between body and mind thus healing from within.
Final &complete healing will come from within ,from the soul itself, which by His beneficence radiates harmony throughout the personality ,when allowed to do so. Edward Bach. |
