The Bowen Technique affects the body primarily through two of its main regulatory systems (the nervous system and the energetic system) to bring it back to a state of balance or homeostasis. Very kind and compassionate with Healing touch of magic. I had a fall and was on bedrest for 4 days when she happened to visit my daughter and was kind enough to give me a session on Bowen Therapy. Immediately I felt peaceful and calm and was able to move around in the house with ease. She has amazing Healing powers and a very gentle Healing touch.
