To express my appreciation to Dr Rudra, I have no words. What I was 5 months before when I visited first time to her in August 2010 with real real bad Health and what I am now, is a complete different person. I was suffering from acute Pain in my right shoulder (frozen shoulder) and my left knee. I also had few cysts on my right arm, my neck and on my back and was also suffering from acute sinusitis. I was in search of any alternate & natural way to cure myself and I found Dr Rudra. She has the intense knowledge of Ayurveda. Because of her utmost experience in Ayurveda, she gave different treatments and Herbs for my problems. No doubt that the treatments go for long but I got the expected result. Roy gave me breathing exercise classes. He is an amazing motivator and a great spiritual soul. The disease I had is no more there and I am (after so many years) back to my normal life. I am glad to found a pure Ayurvedic center which is not a SPA. Very Thanks to Dr Rudra. 2) by Ruth Miller on Aug. 23 2010 Rated : ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
I suffered from cervical & lower back Pain from more than one year. I tried acupuncture, various types of massage and saw a Chiropractor. I still didn’t get complete and lasting Pain relief. I read about Ayurveda Medicine, found out about Dr Rudra and decided to see her for a consultation. The first consultation lasted a full hour and a half, was very detailed and was about much more than my cervical pain. Dr. Rudra reviewed my daily schedule, my diet, and asked about any other complaints I might have. She explained to me how my cervical Pain and other complaints I had were related to imbalances of my individual constitution according to Ayurveda. She was very thorough and patiently answered all the many questions I had. I received specialized treatments directly on my neck and lower back. Dr Rudra also prepared for me a complete diet plan with food list, specific Yoga poses, breathing exercises and recommended Ayurvedic herbs. After a short time, the Pain was gone. 3) by M Ast on Feb. 19 2010 Rated : ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
A disabling spinal neuromuscular condition causing chronic pain, stiffness, spasm and weakness, especially of my neck, shoulders, and arms, led me to Dr. Rudra, Seeking Pain relief and improved mobility and strength. She has helped me greatly. Dr Rudra has been most professional, attentive and patient; explaining her approach and recommendations and fully addressing any questions and concerns I had. The series of massage treatments with medicinal oils and, particularly the Shirodara, the spinal Basti, have been very helpful in reducing pain, stiffness, spasm and improving mobility. The Basti procedure performed by Dr. Rudra, is one that have not I have not been able to find elsewhere within New York City, that is regularly offered, even by equally credentialed practitioners. Together with the dietary guidelines and recommended Yoga and breathing techniques, shown to me by Dr, Rudra, I have been able to maintain and even increase the improvement over time. |
