Extremely helpful in enabling me to get in touch with some of the emotional issues that were bothering me. Awareness and even resolution of some of these issues was brought about through guiding me to experience my bodily sensations as they occurred. Therapy was an eye opener for me - to what extent our bodies store memories of all our experiences and these memories affect our behavior. The treatment that I get from Ashwini is what has helped me heal from many injusries, my car accidents and excrutiating Pain in the neck and back. Craniosacral treatment has helped my body come back to a normal space.
