Q. How do I enter a new shipping address when placing an order?
A. It's easy when you follow the steps on the checkout page. You
can change the shipping address at any time prior to placing the
order. Once the order is placed, the shipping address can no longer
be changed. Once you've registered and have already placed at least
one order, your most recent shipping address will be saved.
Please ensure that your address corresponds to the option selected while selecting the product, in other words, enter an Indian address if you have chosen “India” and an address outside India if you have chosen “Outside India” while adding products to your cart.
Q. Can I change a shipping address once I've placed an order?
A. We're sorry, but shipping information cannot be changed once
your order has been placed. We process orders very quickly, and
once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify
it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the
majority of cases our faster processing time works to your advantage.

A.CCAvenue is our payment gateway. CCAvenue asks customers to supply various personal data when
placing an order, such as name and address, credit-card information,
and E-mail address.
We use this data only for the purpose of filling an order,
or communicating with the customer or supplier about the status
of an order.
We treat this customer information as private and confidential,
and we will not disclose this information to other individuals
or organizations unless required by law.
We will not distribute customer information to be used in mailing
lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required

Q. What is the Shopping Cart?
A. Just like a shopping cart in the physical world, the
online Shopping Cart is where you place all the items
you'd like to buy. Click the "Add to Cart" button for
any item you'd like to order and we'll place it in your
cart for you - and show you a list of everything that's
currently in your cart. When you're ready to place your
order, just click on "View Cart" and click the
"Checkout" button.
Q. What if I have a problem while placing an order?
A. Although most online orders go very smoothly, occasionally
you may experience some bumps in the road. If you're not
sure about what to do next to complete your order, try
beginning at the Shopping Cart. In most cases, you'll
get back on track and easily complete your order. If you

more than one email address?
A. At this time we're unable to offer this
service. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q. What is the tracking number for my order?
A.If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an email with the order number(s) for your order. We usually provide this information within two days after you've placed your order. You will also get a mail from our payment gateway with details of the payment. If you deleted or never received this email, please contact us and we'll be glad to help you.
