Easy Does It
• Find a clean place.
Sit in a position that is most comfortable for you.
Close your eyes.
Concentrate on the darkness behind your eyelids.
Watch the flow of your thoughts. Do not try to stem the flow.
Simply observe.
To keep your attention focused, chant any mantra.
Meditate like this for at least 10 minutes.
Open your eyes slowly.
