Subject: Ayurveda vs allopathy
I fully endorse the views expressed by the author who obviously believes in the superior efficacy of ayurveda. I am a yoga instructor, 76 years of age, and have found that with both yoga and ayurveda, one can lead a healthy life and find peace and wellbeing. I do not trust allopathic treatments since allopathic drugs always have side effects injurious to health. Also many allopathic doctors prescribe surgeries when they are not needed and often their diagnosis is wrong. From my own experience I can say that both my sister and brother died because of wrong diagnosis allopathic specialists.
