| Thanks for the detailed know how but i just wanted to know that i am a petient of tail bone hair line fracture which is cured now but now the pain has shifted to L-4 & L-5 and i cant seat for more than 1/2 hour in one position i have to either lie down or get up to walk. do have any perticular oil name which i can massage regularly at home where my husnband can help me with.
Because i am a house wife and i cant go out to a centre for regular massage. |
