| Beautifully written and extremely easy to understand, however much easier said than done. Even so, it is worth doing and practicing and practicing and practicing like a fine heart surgeon would have to do. It will take many years of understanding oneself and taking a step back and allowing love to well up instead of hate, anger, jealousy, confusiobn, doubt, resentment or any other negative emotion. Without self love it is impossible to love anyone else so love yourself because you are beautiful. |
