The article is good i do appreciate it. the views and insight is good you had the process to do it and steps as well. The good thing about stress management is that we can learn and adopt strategies that is in our flow. I have been searching for stress and sleep problem remedies before even tried yoga to have stress released program and sleeping problem program but non of those really works for me due to busy schedule. a friend of mine told me about this sleep and stress music application that you can just sit listen and relax while your sleep problem or your stress problem is gently going away. just check this one out: www dot pzizz dot com
