This has reference to various techniques (Yoga and Kriyas and so on) advertised in the media for getting over anxiety, stress and attaining peace of mind, satisfaction.
Mind can not come to state of complete psychological comfortableness or psychological comfortableness as defined by it.
Uncertainty is the functioning of the brain. It is compounded as stress, anxiety when we do not see it, accept it.
World is noise, mind is noise, action is noise. Desire for peace of mind is the desire which can never be fulfilled, hence frustration.
When we actually see this, we become comfortable with noise. We find peace which is not apart from noise. We start participating in the Scheme of the Universe instead of complaining, blaming, feeling guilty.
