| I am on facebook and was surfing the web for therapeutic techniques by practitioners who are helping people with obtaining mental peace and tranquility... In other word centering and grounding... I did come accross on some very informative videos with great therapy by Creative Lightship and Ron Amitron... The therapy help me make the switch from mind to heart about two weeks ago... I have notice the big difference... I am staying in the present and can now enjoy my days without all the Drama and trauma... The mind replays too many failures and keeps you in the pass... The heart is forgiving and stays focusing on the beauty that presents it self... Glad to have found your website... Will share with my friends... |
