| I am Dr Sibia and introduced and am practicing Chelation Therapy as Artery Clearance Therapy (ACT) in Ludhiana, India, since 1994 for Detoxification, Coronary Artery Disease (Angina and chest pain), Peripheral Artery Disease (claudicating leg pain, gangrene etc) and many other ailments with good results. I was trained in the therapy at Arterial Disease Clinic, UK and was impressed by their results. There are over 2000 doctors practicing the therapy in USA and many more in several other countries. I disagree with the critics of the treatment and will say that Chelation therapy is a patient proven treatment but there are yet not adequate controlled trials for it to find place in text books. The impracticability of double blind studies is obvious – which heart patient will consent for it. I have yet to come across any double blind studies for Coronary angioplasty (Stent) or for Coronary Artery Bypass (CABG) Surgery. We are provide various other non surgical treatments such as External Counter Pulsation (ECP/EECP) for creating bypass naturally, Lithotripsy (ESWL) to remove kidney stones without surgery, Cytotron for osteo-arthritis of joints, RFQMR for no side effect cancer treatment, Computerized spinal table for back ache, Ozone therapy for many intractable disease, etc. - I would be pleased to entertain questions or comments,.
