I keep writing booklets, getting the same printed and distribute free. With this I stop here with my prayers to Divinity to bless Ms. Suma Varughese in every way and in every step of her life with love, peace, good health and prosperity, Regards, M.V.Krishna Reddi Imbibing Acceptance One may say imbibing acceptance is easy to preach but difficult to practise. But it is not so. Everyone knows that typewriting or motor car driving or swimming cannot be purchased over the counter. You have to learn by practice. Only then it gets imbibed in the system. Later on you are not even doing it in complete consciousness. Sometimes you are conscious of it and other times you are not. Thus, one can keep talking to a co-traveller while driving a car. Both the jobs are being done at the same time. Similar is with typewriting and swimming also. In the same way most of what we do are habits of action. That indeed makes life easy. Start Imbibing Acceptance Let me give some examples to imbibe acceptance. 1) If the weather is hot, mentally repeat the weather is hot and I accept it. Then there is no conflict within. 2) You got into a traffic jam. Mentally repeat I accept this. Then you do not curse for having got caught in that situation but find ways and means to get out if there are any. 3) You are on the platform waiting for the train and suddenly comes the announcement that the train is late by forty-five minutes. Then mentally repeat I accept this. You may even enjoy the delay since there is nothing you could do. 4) In addition you could keep repeating mentally I accept everything as it is whether the incident is favourable or unfavourable or a routine one. After practising on these lines acceptance gets imbibed in the system. It could be days or even a few weeks. Much depends on you. An Important Point Here A good majority of the population is of non-accepting nature. This has an impact on us too. On account of the same, after some time you may find acceptance in your system tapered off. Then start again accepting to tone up acceptance in your system. We can even make to implement the same in the beginning of every month. We take bath in the morning. We need bath in the evening or the next day morning again depending on the environment. The same is the case with acceptance too.
