| I am really surprised that techniques of kriya is given publicly. The author of article does not know - it is ‘Rajvidya Rajguhyam‘ (Gita)i.e. great vidya and great secret. Atmagyani/Brahmagyani Guru only can take to emancipation/moksha. It is not physical exercise, but extreme subtle subject. Revealation of secret is against sastra. Author has done big mistake by revealing this. |
