Any study carried out using WHEY as a substitute for milk, maybe twice a day????
Is it also safe to add a multivitamin like max rich along with celine(vitamin c) and vitamin e 400mg daily especially after a workout.
somehow confused with a wide range of pro‘s and cons on this subject.
