| According to Dr. Darryl Cross from his book called The Dark Clouds at Work, most of the time, it is the colleagues or close friends who notice the depression even before the actual person acknowledges it. http://www.depressionatwork.com So in this regards, I think it is VERY helpful to listen and pay close attention to those around you for they may be crying for help already.
