| I started half of January this year incorporting more and more fruits and fresh vegetables (also salads and the like) in my eating pattern. I combine it with cooked food also, but always eat a salad or something fresh besides it. I have diminished glute intake (bread, pasta etc). I do not eat raw eggs or meat. Result: I sleep better, more energy, I lost 3 kilos in 5 weeks. I must say until so far I am very happy with the result. I am overweight and have tries literally every diet there is and loose up to 2 kilos and then it just stops. This works! |
