| Hyperacidity(amlapitta) usually strikes in winters or after overdose of antibiotics ,probiotics.Foods to avoid: 1.totally avoid peanuts, cauliflower, 2.Moderate amounts of flatulence causing lentils and beans will do.avoid their overeating. do not perform waist straining exercise. a little walk after meals is enough. Consult ayurvedic doctor/vaidya ji. Never go to allopathic doctor in any illness whatsoever. And yes, be clear with your symptoms ,for eg- do not confuse flatulence with gas.It is flatulence that u r having , not gas. After a course of 2 months ayurvedic medicine,your stools will try to regain solid form slowly in due course of time. You will hv to bear with liquid stools, cant help it. Papaya(tried), cucumber(tried) , water melon(not tried) help heal hyperacidity. |
