My journey with Airtel has been long and I admire and wish greater strides.
All the same I had a bitter experience with broad band as despite cash payment on 11.5.12 and constant follow up at various levels, with incorrigible BPO staff attitude, service not restored even after 48 hrs and am badly affected. Sad for a great company.
