| Subject: 5 stages are non-linear |
| Thank you for this wonderfully written piece. I have experienced all of these stages, which is why I can relate. What is most interesting to me about these stages, however, is their non-linearity. I always thought that I would pass out of stage 1 into stage 2. What I experience is that I can be in all 5 of these stages in a given day. For instance, it is a process of stepping back - if I get into an argument, and blame someone, I step back to see it is both of us, then I realize it is more my perception and try to work on myself, but as I do so, I step back again and realize it just happens and then I come back to everything as illusion. And then, I‘ll rinse and repeat. Quite interesting... Thanks for posting. |
