What a beautiful story! For some reason, we were put out of contact with all that was happening with Swami Satyananda because of something of a scandal that happened here in Australia.
It profoundly impressed me that Swami Satyananda could not be bought or coerced in any way, and he would not align with any form of sexual repression as a form of condemnation for the scandal, even at the cost at the collapse of many of his ashrams. Of course, the reason for this is that the kundalini energy is the sexual energy and if you get negative about this, you are shutting God out in a very basic way. As far as knocking upon, and opening the garden door to God, repression virtually covers your garden and the door with cement. It was a very strong lesson for me.
It was lovely to see what he was saying and doing, and this has been an inspiration to read. Love, Dave |
