Subject: Good to know about the benefits of walking
I had been walking regularly since my student life. It was mostly to save bus fare so that I could buy some comics or story books. Later on it became a habit; it felt natural to use my own to feet and move around short and long distances. Later on when I became a bit health conscious, walking became an obsession for me. It helps me immensely to combat depression, anxiety and stress. Most of the time the best ideas come to me when I am out for a walk. After surfing through this site I came to know about the therapeutic value of walking too. This is a fantastic site. Thanks to all you guys for your efforts to keep this site going!
