I personally know many people who practice sahaja yoga meditation and have benefited immensely. Some of them have even been cured of diseases like cancer, epilepsy, mental diseases, all kinds of physical disorders. But the nicer thing is that they are very loving, simple, kind, progressive minded people. They are morally upright and awesome.
