| I have been navigated to this page through Google When I was searching for Benefits of sexual control.
Now, the information given here supports my belief as well as saying of our ancient Rishis.
Moreover, I am testing this phenomenon myself. And I just hate Idle talk that is talk and talk. I want to see real examples. Vivekananda and Shivananda are not here to guide us. But is there someone who can stand as a living example. We all know there is large no. of people who believe in self control, but have no ideals which are close enough to whome they can imitate.
All I can request you is to collect some information from real Brahmcharis who have experinced real benefits. Pysical and mental ones and Spiritual ones. There are so may groups on orkut and facebook. but evidently they are not resposible and reliable sources. May be you can help todays youth.
