Reiki is an intelligent energy that knows to target the area where healing needs to happen. Reiki knows to bring harmony back where harmony is lost. It is important to know as a practitioner not to force a Reiki treatment. Reiki will bring the results that are needed, not what we try to force.

For this reason it is important to remember that as a practitioner, it is our job to transmit this life force into a recipients bodies, even concentrating on specific areas. However it is not our your job to control what Reiki does. Reiki will flow in accordance to the highest benefit of the recipient. Reiki will flow and heal with the ultimate purpose of restoring harmony.
