Look who is Talking

Your subconscious mind speaks to you through a phenomenon called reverse speech, enabling you to unravel the hindrances it poses to your progress – spiritual and material Have you ever felt like giving up? Are you experiencing being held back by a pattern that keeps repeating in your life or some sort of block or obstacle? Is success and happiness still passing you by even after years of effort, reading various books on self-growth, and attending many https://lifepositive.com/Mind/body workshops? What is the answer to these questions? Is it luck, is it fate, or is it something else? Perhaps the answer is all around us and within us, and explained by the Universal Law of Attraction. The SecretIf you are familiar with the film, The Secret, you would know about the Law of Attraction. The Law states simply ‘what you put out, you get back’ – your thoughts act as a magnet. If everything consists of energy, then thought is energy too. Your thoughts have a certain vibration that you express into your world – somewhat like a signal. The thoughts you have are formed by your beliefs about yourself, your abilities, and your world. These beliefs are stored – mostly at an unconscious level – together with whatever the strongest emotions are within you, and will draw to you, the experience that most truly represents these ideas or images. Your thoughts shape your everyday experience, and reflect your belief systems. They are expressed in the full-colour, wide-screen reality movie that you call your life. Look around at your life, and question whether the beliefs you have are producing the desired result in your life. Ask yourself: Have I achieved what I aimed for?Are my relationships successful? What do I want to do with my life? What is your answer? If it isn’t what you want, then what gets in the way? Why can’t you make it happen? Self-sabotage

Each time you feel the emotions of fear, doubt, guilt, judgment, or find yourself reacting in a particular way in certain situations, you are confronting the effects of your limiting beliefs buried away in the unconscious parts of yourself. These beliefs create the self-sabotaging behaviour that prevents your success. However, with the development of modern audio and computer technology, we now have the tools to detect these problem areas in our unconscious beliefs. This combined technology is known as Reverse Speech. Reverse Speech Reverse Speech is the name given to the embedded messages in speech and they are detected through recording and playing speech backwards. When you play speech backwards, in amongst the gibberish, what you will find are clear statements in English. These messages or reversals come from the unconscious parts of self. They reveal what a person is thinking or feeling at the time of speaking, and always relate to what is being said forwards. In a way, it is the ultimate truth detector! According to Reverse Speech theory, our brain creates two different patterns in the sounds of our speech to communicate two different messages. These occur at the same time – one forward from the conscious mind, and one in reverse from the unconscious mind. Reverse Speech reveals much of what is in the unconscious areas of the mind such as behavioural patterns and repressed memories. At the deepest levels of our being, Reverse Speech can describe the state of our soul, providing a voice of guidance, insight and truth. It is here that the deeper questions about our spiritual lives, relating to the nature of God and our relationship to the Divine, may be addressed. Metaphors of the unconsciousThe unconscious mind thinks, communicates and organises behaviour using pictures and images, which Reverse Speech calls metaphors, and reversals often appear in metaphorical form. The metaphor will give an expanded description of a concept describing facts and emotions not easily expressed in words, and it will give us the source and operations of human behaviour. Let us examine some reversal examples from the presenters in the film, The Secret. You will see they contain metaphors and expand on the ideas being taught about the Law of Attraction. One of the presenters, Joe Vitale, says it is important to feel good and express positive emotions because it brings you more of the same. He reminds us of the basic principle of the Law of Attraction: what you give out you get back. Part of this reversed to: Mail used it. Mail is a Reverse Speech metaphor meaning to send something into the collective unconscious and what Joe Vitale is doing here is delivering this important message which is an integral part of the Law – your feelingand the energy you generate. Esther Hicks, who dialogues with a collective of spiritual teachers known as Abraham, provides a profound understanding about disease. She says underlying all disease is a belief, and we must deal with this belief and its associated fear causing the disease in the first place. As an example, she suggests that there is a difference between feeling fearful if you have arthritis and feeling positive about the outcome. This reversal appeared: Now face the belief. Jack Canfield, co-creator of the best- selling Chicken Soup for the Soul series relates that he learnt how to apply The Secret by following its principles. In this reversal, we learn of his success with the Law of Attraction through the strength of using his positive thoughts. Part of this reversed to: Her kiss it, the elf pushed by and he won. Now the metaphor of kiss means to connect deeply and elf represents thoughts. Because he connected deeply with the principles of The Secret, he held onto positive thoughts, pushing away the negative ones, and he won – as evidenced by his success. Engine driversIn a way, you might look on the unconscious metaphors acting as the ‘engine drivers’ in your life. These metaphors are the representations of the beliefs you hold about your world. The dysfunctional metaphors affect your thinking, promote behaviours that are destructive, and create unwanted situations. Therefore, in order to make profound change in your life and create the reality you want, you must change your programming, altering the metaphors that no longer serve you. The immense value of Reverse Speech lies in the therapeutic remodelling of these metaphors using an individually designed trance called a Metawalk – a hypnotic journey through the landscape of the unconscious mind. Once you are aware of your own metaphors playing out, you can take control of the factors creating your life. You are able to design the landscape of your inner world, and become a conscious architect of your life. The applications of Reverse Speech range across personal development, business, health, mind, spirituality and relationships. It is even possible to hear the needs of children who have not yet developed speech. For example, a four-month-old baby, who is not able to speak but is trying to communicate with gurgling sounds. Right at the very end of the reversed track, the baby says: “Hello.” Here are some interesting client examples from my practice, which demonstrate that Reverse Speech can even assist you to review your life goals. In one case, a client discussed with me the possibility of attending a specialised music school in Indonesia in the near future.A part of this reversed to: They will not. Indeed almost two months after our work together she discovered that she was not accepted into the school – so of course she did not go. Another client speaksabout her issue of needing control and thinks all she has to do is let go. This reversal is clearly a wisdom coming fromherHigher Selftelling her that once she has grasped the lesson, then she can move on. For some diversity, here are a couple of reversals from an interview in 2005 by David Letterman, the American Late Show host with Aishwarya Rai, which reveal her inner thoughts during this dialogue. (This was taken from You Tube) David comments: “Now globally you are an enormous star and you could go any place” and Aishwarya responds with, “How it just evokes a… from you.” She accompanies this with a dismissive movement with her hands, which clearly indicates that she was aware that her status didn’t really mean much to him. Her reversal – her score with the giant is her unconscious comment that by stating a truth, she gained an advantage over this giant of American television. The interview continues and he asks her how she got into this business of acting, adding, “Here in the United States a young girl is discovered, and she would be 16 or 17 years old, is that what happened to you?” Aishwarya responds quietly saying, “Not a very different story” and this reversal occurred: He rots with the devil. In Reverse Speech, the metaphor of ‘rot’ means decay or poison in the psyche and the metaphor of ‘devil’ means destructive behaviour. This is her unconscious comment about the negative influences these experiences had on her, in the early days of her career. To close, there is great power at your fingertips and I urge you to use the authority of your unconscious mind to accelerate into success, wealth and prosperity.
