This book is an eye opener! We have always believed in the goodness of milk – reading this book certainly removes that myth from our mind and opens it to the shortcomings of this favourite food.

Reading this amazing insight into Milk! Repetitive use of facts as a way of reinforcing his viewpoints guides us to the strenght of the concept.

    Quite a revelation

This book by Dr. N K Sharma is quite a revelation for someone like me who was sold on the goodness of milk and milk products. Some of the few things which make this book a must buy are well researched facts, convincing arguments, the number of alternative options mentioned and last but not the least, the simple language which makes for an easy read.

Will recommend all to buy this book and go through it. It’ll definitely startle you.

    Awesome book .

This book supports its logic scientifically as well ethically.
I have been told since my childhood that Milk is the only healthy food that provides human body all round development but after reading this book i can understand that this was nothing but a Myth.
It’s a pleasure to read this book.

The author quotes antiquated research papers, vague theories to support his views.
He should have been very concise, clear and fully supported and quantified by research data from reliable sources.Throughout the book, his language reflected his contempt for the idea of milk as a food item. The illustrations were very amateurish.

As an Indian Hindu, I was revolted at the idea of Milk being a poison, but after an open approach to the book, now I am somewhat convinced that excessive milk consumption may better be avoided
