Her practical and spiritual approach is based on the understanding of the interplay of present reality, karma and the soul's journey. Through her centre Center for Positive Power she focuses on expanding potentials by bringing more of the magic of consciousness to one's life. Conducting workshops, courses, coaching and counselling sessions for many individuals and organizations for over 20 years, Ameeta's expertise is in healing, strengthening and training in areas such as communication skills, self empowerment, wellness, EFT, NLP techniques, managing difficult emotions such as fear, anger, grief, overcoming difficult habits, managing relationships positively, parenting, and couple communications for workplaces and family living.

Her studies in family therapy from Washington University at St. Louis, U.S.A. created awareness beyond one person psychology and how mental health is often a result of interactional dynamics and a person can recover health by making changes to this interactional matrix. She sees mind body as one and few years ago healed herself of a thyroid condition understanding even more how to take messages from one's body and balance oneself, today assisting people to do the same. Ameeta is a Certified NLP Master Trainer from NFNLP, U.S.A., has a PG Diploma in Transpersonal Regression Therapy from the Tasso Institute at Netherlands & CHII, and is also trained in cognitive therapies, EMDR, EFT, Somatic Experiencing, meditation and Yoga. She has written extensively for media and wrote a column on Parenting for over two years for Pune Times of India and was on the Zee TV show Sangini. As an integrated soul mind body therapist, she uses Family Therapy, Hypnotherapy, NLP or Neuro Linguistic Psychology, Energy Psychology, EFT, Inner child work, Age & Past Life Regression Therapies to work with conscious, subconscious and super-conscious mind levels.
