Meditation fixes the mind on one’s magnetic force, enhancing the ability to focus. This is the key to self-realization

Meditation is a scientific method of enhancing the capacity of the mind. There is, however, a difference in the practice of concentration and meditation. Concentration means focusing the mind on one thing. This develops steadiness and prevents wavering of the mind. For concentration we can take anything—a flower, a figure, a symbol or a deity—fix the mind on it. But for meditation you have to perceive your own intensified biomagnetism. Intensifying this biomagnetism at one of the chakras and fixing the mind on it is meditation.

The origin of magnetism is the primordial state of the universe—gravity. As it is compressed, the gravity becomes the ‘formative dust’. By the surrounding pressure of gravity, the dust spins speedily and becomes magnetized.

The dust forms the basic, fundamental energy particles, which are gathered into groups that form atoms. Because the only ingredient of the atom is the spinning dust, the atoms are also spinning. This spinning action prevails in the whole universe. In this way, every being is fully permeated and replete with the divine power, magnetism. This magnetism in the living beings is called ‘biomagnetism’.

In the physical body there are innumerable energy particles called the life-force that are always in circulation. They constantly emit their constituent dusts as a biomagnetic wave. This powerful magnetic wave circulates around the body. According to the law of specific gravity, anything in circulation forms an intensification at the centre. In our bodies this point is the ‘genetic centre’.

When one is animated, aware and functioning with the sensory organs, the frequency of mental transformation of biomagnetism is conditioned at 14-40 cps (cycles per second). Whatever one does in the frequencies from 14-40 cps is compressed into waveform and added to the character of the genetic centre. This is the reason why one is often disturbed by one’s own thoughts. When one tries to understand something that is functioning at its own frequency, thoughts of other frequencies distract and disturb.

By meditating, fixing the mind on one’s biomagnetic force, one is able to stay at the frequency of the particular thing on which he wishes to focus. One then develops the capacity to understand everything clearly. This makes the biomagnetic energy in the body streamline the working order of the cells, organs and senses.

To fix the mind on the intensified magnetic domain, one has to raise the intensified biomagnetism from the base of the body, to Sahasrara (the crown of the head).

By fixing the mind on the genetic centre one is able to observe all the functional orders of mind and its base, consciousness. This is the means to self-realization. Since the Self is a manifestation of consciousness and gravity, self-realization results in realization of God.

The realization of God will not give complete benefit to anyone unless they realise that the same God is functioning in every other living being as life-force, biomagnetism, knowledge and mind.
