Cultivating an attitude of gratitude involves intentional practices and mindset shifts that foster appreciation for the positives in life. Here’s how you can develop this habit: 

Daily Practices 

  1. Keep a Gratitude Journal 
    Write down a few things you’re grateful for each day. These can be small joys like a warm cup of coffee or big blessings like a supportive friend. 

  1. Morning or Evening Reflections 
    Start or end your day by reflecting on what went well and what you’re thankful for.
