Power of Positive Thinking: One Positive Kills 99 Negatives
What is good karma & bad karma in Lord Buddha's teachings? According to him, when you are sad you are increasing the misery on earth. It’s an unwholesome action and you create negative karma or bad karma. The power of positive thinking is such that it can create happiness as a wholesome effect on the earth.
You are the owner of your thoughts
If you are in fear and doubt you are increasing the misery. If you are angry or irritated you are again increasing the misery on earth. In case your words and actions are not good, you are increasing the misery on earth. Also, If your thoughts and emotions are negative, you are increasing the misery and that’s how you are creating negative karma constantly. So, If your actions, thoughts, emotions, and words are positive, you are creating good karma.
It’s in your hands.
You have to understand that you can harness the power of positive thinking. If you remain in sadness, you are creating negative karma. You are accountable for this and you will have to reap the consequences.
Just one can make a difference
Your contribution must be positive. The good news is that one positive thought has the power to neutralize 99 negative thoughts. Positive thoughts get support from the divine. Positive thought has a higher frequency. They are more powerful. Therefore, doesn't it make sense to have positive thoughts? If you have strong positive thoughts, 99 negative thoughts cannot do anything to it.
The thought cleansing process
When any negative thoughts come just say this is not me; may this thought be erased by the divine energies. When you feel angry, just say I am not this anger; this feeling of anger be erased. I am the soul. This negative feeling or thought cannot be me. I am a being of divine love. I am the soul; I only think and feel positive.
This is like removing from your house which is not good because you are the boss of the house. Do positive affirmation several times after that. Let the power of positive thinking be yours.
