  • Walk Bare feet – for 10 minutes every day, any time of the day, with awareness

 

A simple walk at home/ in the park/ anywhere you like,

will energize you for the whole day

It will help you relax,

It will be a connection to the Mother Earth (even if you are on an elevated floor)

It will Cool you down, bring you to this present moment
