Guide to Breathe Inside: Are you truly alive? Check here

Who is a living being? It is "something" that breathes. And when it starts breathing it is, no longer, a "thing." It becomes a "being." This guide to breathe inside helps you be.

Observe the word: b-e-i-n-g. The "ing" indicates that the thing is happening. You are be-ing in existence.

What makes you a "being?" Breaths.

So, what's the ultimate thing to do on the Earth? Breathe inside!

Here are excerpts from Partha Gupta's E-Workshop:

Partha Gupta

"Two kids are born, one is born to a rich family and the other to a very poor family. The kids are unaware of the social strata to which they are born.

Now the mother of the poor child feeds her milk to him, while the rich family imports the best protein milk from abroad for their kid.

Both the kids are being nourished and the kids themselves can’t differentiate between what is being fed, right?

Both the kids get the attention of their neighbors and friends and everybody enjoys playing with them.

The poor kid ties a blanket or a saree to two trees and makes a swing out of it to play on, while the rich kid has been presented with a golden cradle with diamonds studded in it.

It makes no difference to the kids whether the swing is made with gold and diamonds or just a cradle made out of a saree. Both the kids are enjoying the same experience of swinging, right?

Also, have you noticed whenever there is a kid, especially the newly born, the whole attention of the family is centered and focused around the newborn?

The mother is constantly looking for if the nappy needs to be changed, the father is once in a while calling up home to check how the little one is.

Does not this happen to all of us and in almost all homes?

Both the kids, whether rich or poor, still can’t differentiate between luxury. However, both seem to be freely receiving every resource they need without even asking for it.

Even you and me have gone through this phase of life wherein we asked for nothing and yet we received everything on a platter, right? Then what changed or went wrong later? Think about why now we have to plan, strategize and work hard to receive that which we seek to achieve instead of receiving it on a platter.

Go deep into your heart and ponder on these life-changing questions:

  • Where and how have we lost the capability of receiving at free or no will?
  • What was it in us then that we were receiving every resource we need to grow and play?

And the most important question to ask yourself is this:

  • When and how have we lost that effortless state of being?

Well, don’t worry, it’s quite simple if you are able to see it right now. It’s in the breath.

Yes, you read this correctly. It’s in the breath.

Breath is a frequency and every breath is a communication with the existence. Every out-breath emitting from us shows who we are and the need of the moment."
